When Mojo invented the avocado in 2004, we knew we had a winner, but it took smashing it together with coriander, feta, and a pinch of chilli to make it perfect. We now put our avocado smash in front of hundreds of customers every day, and all that's ever left is crumbs. There are some iconic cafe items that just can't be beat. The Mojo flat white is one of them, and our avocado smash is another. Collecting high quality ingredients from local sources, we combine everything together so all you have to do is devour.
