BLOWN AWAY BY THE CREATIVITY

This was such a close call, we loved this beautiful little café and their entry so much that some of the judges planned a brunch there at a later date.

• The bravest combination of flavours, to be sure, but it paid off. The honey, chipotle pepper shavings and halloumi worked brilliantly
• Halloumi added a lot of value to this dish
• The smoked honey and a halloumi was a nice touch
• My personal fave!!

(They also had really cute salt and pepper shakers)
